TheBlackGolfer.Com was developed by an African-American golfer who has a passion, commitment, and dedication to the game of golf, Attorney Jerome Ramey. He is an avid golfer with over fifteen years of experience playing golf. The idea for this site arose out of a shared desire and recognition of the need to compile and disseminate information and resources that he believes will be specifically useful to the Black golfing community, and to the minority golfing community in general.
